In your ‘Me’ time, stick to doing what makes you the happiest – be it hitting the gym, taking a walk in the park, dancing like no one is watching, playing with a pet, or simply lying in the bed while staring at the roof.
2. Get social
There are no two ways about it that man is a social being. We all need friends and family. So, make time for family and friends just as you would do for work. Maintaining a balance between personal and professional life is the key!
